I did a reading about a girl at work that I’ve never spoken to, but there’s been a lot of silent tension/awareness between us. I used a different deck than traditional , so I’m translating it to Rider-Waite deck.

My interpretation:
I interpreted the ten of pentacles as her seeing me as someone deeper, not just a random coworker. queen of swords makes me think she’s emotionally guarded, observant, and hard to read. Death feels transformative or emotionally impactful rather than negative, like there’s a noticeable energy between us. High Priestess feels very hidden and unspoken, almost like silent mutual awareness or intuition.
Clarification spread:
- Eight of Cups
- Queen of Wands
- Lovers
- Page of Cups
My interpretation:
Eight of Cups feels like emotional distance or avoidance. Queen of Wands makes me think there’s attraction or admiration involved. Lovers feels self explanatory to me — possible romantic curiosity or interest. Page of Cups feels shy, emotionally soft, or crush-like energy.
Overall I feel like the reading is showing mutual awareness, hidden feelings, nervousness, and avoidance, but I’m unsure whether the cards are actually reflecting her feelings or mostly my own emotions/projecting.
