I tried using the rutracker torrent and the audioz one but windows defender is acting crazy (havent had this issue with other plugins) any thoughts?

I just got a package of the desmoxan to finally quit but by the time it finally came I lost the motivation I had to make the leap. I just need some words of encouragement. Been on zyns for 2 years and I just think it’s a bad habit health wise. I notice such bad fatigue at almost all times. And it’s also an expensive habit 1 can a day is like a thousand dollars a year.

Also if anyone used the desmoxan I was wondering what your experience was like, did you quit or keep taking zyns when you first start the medication? I’ve heard different things online.

surely someone out there is putting them up, I know they get uploaded to yourube but they are garbled to avoid copyright. I also would be interested in live streams of channels that air it just let me know if you know thank you.

I assume its cause they were written with/for piano in mind. but its all those slash chords and I'm a simple guitar novice.
