OBSBOT VOX wireless microphone not connecting to OBSBOT tiny 3
I just bought OBSBOT tiny 3 model OWB-2409-CE and OBSBOT VOX wireless microphone model OWB-2410-CM
I already update OBSBOT Center, OBSBOT Tiny 3 Firmware and Verify active cemera in the OBSBOT center (i have only one webcam)
I don't have any software currently using the OBSBOT tiny 3.
I connected the OBSBOT tiny 3 via USB-C in my motherboard.
In my audio input there is no option for external device, there are only built-in Mic and OBSBOT Mic option.
I selected OBSBOT Mic and select AddTX1 then it appears as in video.
However, I still cannot pair (it keeps telling me that no device found)
Is there anyway I can fix this, please?
