I'm a blu badge flex employee with the minimum of 4 hours weekly. I know we get the 1.5x holiday pay, but do we also get the extra hours holiday pay? Or does that only apply to fulltimers?

So I recently started working at Amazon last month in the delivery station. I like working there. I'd say my rate is really good since I get a lot of compliments from supervisors. The issue I have is picking! I hate it, but oh well, you know? At first they would send people to help me with boxes once in a while, but lately it's every time I'm doing boxes?? It makes me feel useless because I feel like I'm not doing good enough, but I really don't think I'm slow. I've asked people around how long it takes them to do bags and boxes and they say it takes them 15-25 minutes, which is around the same amount I do. Not to be rude, but my coworker who is slower than me don't be having people sent to her to help? Once in a while they do but not persistenly like me. Am I doing something wrong?? I feel like I'm being watched too for that reason 😭 I really do like this job but it feels like this job may not want me.
