is it bad to spam consecutive practice tests days before test day?

i did practice 4, 5, 6, and 7 so i only have 4 tests left. if im aiming for 1500-1550+ should i just keep doing the tests and reviewing mistakes or is that overkill

how to increase my iron levels if i can’t have red meat?

i can’t have red meat because i’m allergic (i get nauseous and vomit whenever i have it) so i lose a major source of heme iron in my diet. what foods or supplements can i eat to raise my iron levels? i think last time i got bloodwork i was at like a 10/11 mcg/dL and although i am prescribed ferrous sulfate iron tablets they make me constipated, bloated, and nauseous

edit: i’ve seen some people say that prenatals helped them out even though they are not pregnant with their daily vitamin intake, was wondering if this could help me out with iron? i am 17 so i hope it’s not too soon or if i’m too young for the dosages
