For around a week or so I’ve been getting “error code 1000” on my SafeDrive App and it hasn’t been logging my drives. Today I decided to delete and redownload the app thinking that would fix it. Now I’m not able to log in at all as it’s saying my phone number is invalid. I called USAA and they said they are having technical issues with the app and it is effecting everyone. Is anyone else noticing this??
