Hi! I’m relocating to westchester for med school, and wanted to live in White Plains! I wanted to know recommendations for white plains apartments that are a comfortable living experience, some noise okay but not crazy, newer (no pests)- my max budget was around 3k for a studio or 1br. I was looking into 1 Martine and the Mitchell but some of their reviews are a bit concerning, so would love to know thoughts on these buildings and any other recommendations!! Thank you!

Hi! I’m an incoming med student relocating to Westchester- I was considering to live in an apt in White Plains by myself as I like the idea of being in a walkable area with the train, library, and shops nearby. I would likely live by myself. Some apartments I was considering were:
1 Martine, The Mitchell, and maybe Duet. I was also looking at the Carraway and Alexan Harrison but I know those are a bit out of White Plains.
I would love to get some insight as some of the reviews for 1 Martine and The Mitchell are a bit concerning and I want to have as smooth as an experience as possible considering how much I’ll also be studying.
If anyone also has insight on any other buildings they’d recommend, please let me know!
