i've had 2 appointments already and i'm apparently kind of close.. its because i keep blinking but i literally can't stop myself. my mum's quite mad bc i can't do it and i genuinely don't know what to do. i really want contacts but i just can't get them in, i keep blinking them out and i feel like my eyes are to small so i have to hold them open really wide

my hand hurts from even writing a paragraph and my pen has left a permanent mark on my ring finger..
i'm 15 years old for reference and i have my gcses in a week (where i have to do a LOT of writing)
i've tried changing the way i grip my pen but it still hurts.
