Is it okay to bring a portable induction cooker in checked luggage on Etihad Airways?

Hi everyone,

I’m moving abroad soon and I’m traveling with Etihad Airways and I have a 40kg checked baggage allowance plus 7kg cabin baggage.

I’m considering buying a small portable induction cooktop (around 40 bucks) and bringing it with me in my checked luggage.

Does anyone know if Etihad allows this? I couldn’t find a clear answer about kitchen appliances like induction cookers specifically.
Also, if it is allowed, do you think there are any issues with airport security or airline restrictions I should be aware of?
Thanks in advance for your help!

Ps : chatgpt tell me it’s ok but i want to know from real ppl if it’s really ok lol

Please anyone who flew with etihad help me I don’t want to be surprised at the airport the d day
