how to deal with mania rage?
My mom has been angry since 2 weeks. She keeps saying that I disagree everything she says and I hate her etc. She cursed me and got angry bc I cried. She rages when I talk, she rages when I dont talk to her. I get nervous around her. Idk what to do.
