Bought this 2nd hand as 'refurbished' so was expecting it to be a little louder than normal, but it's so loud I basically can't run it. It's only when it's cooling (i.e. fan mode makes no noise) so it's only when the compressor kicks in. It also vibrates pretty intensely.

When it's in cooling mode the water tray also fills very quickly and it gets a P1 every time it runs. It is obviously resolved with a drainage hose but doesn't feel like there's any evaporation happening and it's not a great solution just feeding it into a bucket.

Any thoughts? Given it's 2nd hand I'm happy to have a go at simple fixes if they exist!
