10-year-old Bull Terrier had another seizure-like episode — looking for some reassurance

Hi everyone, I’m hoping to hear from other Bull Terrier owners who may have experienced something similar.
My Bull Terrier is 10 years old and turns 11 this month. Recently, he had what we believe was a seizure that lasted around 2 minutes. It was really scary to watch, especially because it came out of nowhere.
He had a similar episode back in December 2025, but he hasn’t had any issues since then and has been completely normal in between. After this most recent episode, he went back to acting like himself — eating, drinking, walking around, and behaving normally.
He also recently had a dental cleaning, and they did blood work beforehand. Everything came back healthy/normal, which is reassuring, but obviously I’m still worried given his age and this happening again.
I’m planning to get him into the vet this week if they have an opening, but in the meantime I’m having a hard time not worrying about him.
Has anyone else had an older Bull Terrier experience occasional seizures or seizure-like episodes? Did you ever find out what was causing them? I’d really appreciate hearing your experiences, especially if your dog continued to have a good quality of life afterward.
Mostly just looking for some opinions, experiences, and maybe a little reassurance while I wait to get him checked out. ❤️
Thank you!
