Big Fish drying using heads and armor stands

Made using the armor statues datpack in my survival world (and the "skull" datapack that lets me craft and edit player heads)

Canoe design isnt originally mine, saw it on pinterest but tweaked it a bit

technically its fully vanilla but unless you use these datapacks is Creative only because of the need for player heads and custom armor stand poses which require commands

Please Help, Broken cold shoe

Quick background, I work with a small group of people on a local project, I'm one of only two people who actually know cameras decently enough and so when we got a shotgun mic and lights donated to us the coordinator was thrilled and had me have a look at it. I put the mic on one of our cameras and tested it a bit before trying another one we have to compare, then put the donated one back on and took it off once more. I have a similar one where the cold shoe can be removed so out of curiosity I twisted the upper wheel twice(left and right to check if it unscrewed) but nothing happened so I set it down and then the bottom and top wheel came apart. Now I can't get them back together

TLDR: upper and bottom wheel came apart, when I shake where the screw was I hear rattling inside which makes me believe a nut came loose

The rubber appears to be held down by a screw that's inside the body of the mic holder, that screw doesn't come lose even when I tried so I can't think of any way to get to the nut that came loose inside, taking it to a repair shop would probably cost more than the shotgun mic itself since it's pretty cheap, any ideas?

First 2 pictures: the product

3d picture, the shotgun mic with the bottom wheel section (the part that came off) on the right , the hole is on the cold shoe and that's where the screw goes

4th & 5th picture :the bottom wheel and upper wheel parts that go together, bottom wheel has the cold shoe and tightens it, I can see the threading for the screw on the inside of the upper wheel but the screw won't grab it and the rattling noise makes me think there's a nut that's supposed to grab it, which came loose

6th picture: the screw that came out, it's what holds the two wheels together and it won't grab onto the threading on the upper part at all

Is my best option to try to repair it myself again, take it to a shop ? Or just glue it together or something?
