This service is so bad, I thought I was going insane trying to use it

So I get an alert on my phone saying "you know, as a Prime member, you get access to 100 million songs! We noticed you haven't tried it, why not give it a shot?" or something similar.
Then I actually tried it and holy shit, it is such a bad service, it actually made me feel crazy.

It asked me to choose artists, then showed me a playlist from one of those artists. (I chose Radiohead). I went to the playlist and... there was no play button? The playlist was very specific, saying it was an exact set-list from a show Radiohead had played on tour. But it wouldn't let me PLAY THE FUCKING PLAYLIST. No play buttons, only shuffle buttons. If you play any song on this playlist, the next song would be random -- not just out of order, but not even on the playlist displayed on the screen. I press the "next song" button too many times and then it tells me that going to the next song is a paid upgrade.

So let me get this right. They have a music service--a paid (prime membership) music service that... doesn't allow you to skip songs? Shows you albums but doesn't allow you to just... play them? What the fuck? I cannot believe they went through the trouble of making an entire music platform, with what I assume are all of the features of any other normal music platform, just to strip away all of the useful features until you're left with... what... the radio? Pandora circa 20 years ago? So you can nag me to upgrade every time I log in? Bitch, I have Spotify already. THIS is your plan to pull me away? THIS?!

That's when I came here to rant about this, hoping that maybe, just maybe, somebody on the product team from Amazon Music who is on the fence about leaving their job and lurks this subreddit might be encouraged to quit and go work someplace else. Your talents are being wasted. The platform you work on is so hilariously bad, and the people running it are so cartoonishly out of touch with humanity, it will never turn around.
