I’ve got a leap option that shows 0% margin requirement. I thought this was only possible if you own the stock itself. But I do not own any stocks related to option. Is this a mistake?
I would like to convert -USD to -JPY on one of my accounts to pay margin in JPY.

The -8.950 USD = -8.950,0021 USD so 0,21 cents. This makes it impossible to convert. I know I always need a round number to conver - no fractions - so i'll usually transfer for example when it would be -8950,55 from another account 1,55 to make it a round number in dollars. But I cannot transfer 1,0021. And I would like to be this accounts margin fully in JPY.
Only sollution I see is to transfer 9k in dollars from another account. Is there no other way?
Answer: fractional currency is a issue in the browser, but not in TWS. So using TWS is the sollution.
