schedule help/advice
My sleep trained almost 7mo has been having difficulties at bedtime as of late. Crying soon after she’s put into crib, taking a while to settle, waking a few hours after being asleep/at 4 am needing to be resettled. Popped 2 teeth but we have recovered from this and currently no teeth coming that I can tell. Stopped eating overnight around 4.5mo and refuses bottle if offered in the MON.
3/3.5/4, nap 1: 1-1.5 hr, nap 2- 1 hr ish, bedtime routine bottle, bath, sleep sack, into crib awake. Bedtime 8 and DWT was 7 but now more like 6:30. Avg sleep 13.5 hrs.
Do I add more awake time before bed? What am I missing or is this just 7 month old separation anxiety!?
