College Football Games in Dubuque

We just moved here and are looking for the best College Football Game experience in Dubuque. We have always enjoyed small college football, so there is no need to explain the difference between Div 1 and Div 3. We get that. Do any of the schools have a more lively environment than the others? Can I get a beer at the game? Those are good topics to reply about.
