So I called RBC last week to have my payments switched from weekly to semi monthly. The guy on the phone did not speak English very well, he was snotting and heavy breathing into the phone the entire time and honestly just wasn’t listening to me. I wanted to switch payments to the 3rd and 16th of every month and my understanding was that would start in September. Today I look and there’s a $263 charge that wasn’t supposed to come out. What’s my best course of action here?
