Soreption is without a doubt one of the best bands in the scene today, literally no bad songs imo. Almost mechanical technicality with sick grooves and even punishing breakdowns if you're into Core music like myself. Jörd is my personal favorite album, 10/10 with no skips and only repeats. I personally hail None So Vile as the superior album but don't get me wrong, I fucking love Blasphemy Made Fresh just as much but NSV stays on repeat more. Which ya got as the favorite? This time we have the Mike DiSalvo albums which I personally enjoy through and through. Imma have to go Whisper Supremacy this time, I find myself coming back to it more and playing it start to finish. The DiSalvo era is extremely underrated imo, it needs some love. I'm an Extreme Metal addict from North Carolina and while I love Slam I can't really get into pure ''frog like'' vocals I guess ill say. Bands like Waking the Cadavers latest albums sound has, Nepherectomys 2022 album sound, Vulvodynia, Architect of Dissonance, Embrace Your Punishment, Clawhammer, Sammy Slamdance etc are my kind of thing. Being able to discern words is great....sometimes lol and I'd really appreciate the help my brothers and sisters in SLAM👹😈🤘🖤🔥

Definitely my favorite Archspire album, pretty much everything about it is just great, damn near flawless and amazingly complex. All the ingredients for a start to finish banger are present, each instrument delivers with confidence and ferocity. The drumming is phenomenal, each blast beat or gravity blast or whichever of these techniques are called draw me in without fail. Amazing album, lmk what you think
I used to be so ''that guy'' until this group helped me mature(I know, Reddit of all places😋). It turns out....it IS okay to admit that there are in fact some songs I dont vibe with and it does NOT make anyone less of a fan. Basically i just wanna know how many of y'all who stopped listening after The Unspoken King came out came back after the Tomes and Self Titled dropped....have they regained your trust? I personally love mostly everything they've done besides, yes, a couple tracks off Unspoken King and a few earlier tracks off the first 2 albums as well honestly but im a diehard fan till I die🤘👑🖤🔥
