Does anybody know of someone who will do valve adjustments on an 23 Aprilia RSV4 other than Imperial and Fay?

My first time building an upper and installing a muzzle device. This doesn’t seem right but it’s the only way I’ve been able to properly get it aligned but the exposed threads make me second guess myself. It’s advertised as a no crush washer needed.
