Why is it doing this
I had my kefir for years and it always worked fine, even in hot summers, but this year it is doing this weird thing where it curdles into a compact lump and the rest of the milk stays liquid and has an unpleasent taste just like regular sour milk.
Does anyone have actual experience with this and what to do about it?
