I was skeptical about standing desks - until I tried one
After going fully remote I finally realized how much of a difference a standing desk can make. When I sit for long stretches the pressure on my lower back is about twice as high as when I’m standing. Standing helps keep blood moving and delivers more oxygen to the brain. I’ve noticed my focus stays steadier throughout the day.
Now I’m on the hunt for a good-quality standing desk. Any recommendations from people who’ve actually used one for a while?
