Downsizing and moving input

Hi Everyone,
How are you? I hope you're well. l've lived in the Phoenix area for over 25 years, although I feel like l've lived in a bubble, in my neighborhood. I'm downsizing and looking to rent a two bedroom /two bath, apartment, condo or townhouse for myself, mid- 50's and possibly my adult child, a soon to be a PhD student. At this moment, I'm considering Tempe, Scottsdale, and Phoenix. I think one of those neighborhoods would be best for both of us.
I would appreciate any input as to where to go, specific apartment complexes and also where to avoid. Thank you fe-your time and help. I really appreciate it!

Nights Rewards Redemptions Help Needed ASAP

Hi everyone,
How are you? I hope you’re well.

I need some help choosing rewards. A little backstory, so this makes sense. Last August, we were downsizing and closing on our house. Everything changed in an instant. I was severely injured and immediately needed an ADA facility in order to use the toilet and shower. I did not know what to do. I knew Hyatt had an amazing awards program and I booked a room at a Hyatt House. Fast forward to today. I am still here. I haven’t been able to move yet. I am now able to walk a little bit. I’m hoping to be able to drive in the near future. I really want to take this situation and “make lemons into lemonade.”

I also want to begin with the end of mind, when it comes to choosing the nights rewards. I have to choose the 20 through 150 nights rewards within the next week. I am having a very challenging time doing so. I don’t know if it’s because I’m still not feeling 100%, I have so many to choose at once, this is the first time I get to choose rewards at this level, or a combination of all.

I would be so grateful if someone could be kind enough to help me make sense of this. I really want to take advantage of this, as the last year has been quite challenging and I want something to look forward to. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this, for your help, advice, and suggestions.
