Lily Bean Turns Sixteen! 🎂🎉

I totally forgot to post these when Lily’s 16th birthday came around, so here’s a belated post!! Obviously, we had to make her a little (dog friendly) cake AND get her a cute hat!

Also, can we talk about how she actively disassociated in that picture? Girly HATES a photoshoot… or maybe she was eyeing down that cake. 😭😂

Send some birthday love to my girl, Lily! I will gladly give her ALL the pets and kisses.

Rest In Peace, Biscuit <3

My baby boy, Biscuit, has unfortunately crossed the rainbow bridge. He was 6 years old, and I wish I had more time with him.

It was a very unfortunate situation, as I was away for the night to attend a concert. When I got home the next morning, I went straight up to my room and found him in the corner of his enclosure. I’m heartbroken, but fortunate that my family was able to help me through the situation because I don’t think that I could’ve picked him up; does that make me a bad beardie mom?

I miss him so much, he was such a well tempered boy and I know that this is going to hurt for a while. I’m getting him cremated and bringing him in today, I want to look/talk to him one more time, but I’m nervous because I know he won’t look or feel the same. The fact that he’s in my freezer, alone, literally kept me up all night. I’d appreciate any prayers or kind words, maybe some advice on how to deal with this?

I added a few of my favorite pictures of Biscuit (Kit) from throughout the years. He was my son, I know all of you beardie parents can relate. See you in the next life, bud! 🕊️🤍🦎
