Schlafly Pumpkin tastes sour this year?

Hi! I just grabbed a 6pk of Schlafly Pumpkin. I usually drink a couple and then age some for a year. The beer had a sort of sour funk to it this year and I’m curious if I potentially got a bad 6pk or if something changed in the recipe. Would love anyone else’s experience with it this year!

Limerence or actual potential?

We’ve been friends for over a decade and recently both went head over heels into crushing and flirting. Is there potential for a real long term thing here, or are we just riding a dopamine high? He lives hundreds of miles away and I’m just trying to figure out what changed and why and if it’s a mirage.
