Peppa Pig: Do you lose your name when are an adult?

I never watched Peppa as a kid, but now my four year old has found it and is obsessed. She's watching an episode about Daddy Pig's birthday and how he still has to work (I felt that). Peppa called Daddy Pig's office to wish him a happy birthday, and when Mr Rabbit answered she just said that she wished to speak to "Daddy Pig." Mr. Rabbit called out "Daddy Pig, it's for you and it sounds important." His boss called him by "Daddy Pig!" Not "Roy" or "Jeff," but "Daddy Pig."

This was confusing as Peppa and George have names. Then I listened more and realized that all children have names, but people with kids are [Role] + [Animal] and adults that do not seem to mention kids are Mr./Ms. [Animal]. So, when Peppa grows up, does she lose her name? When George grows up will he be Mr. Pig? If he has kids will he then become the new "Daddy Pig"? Do they force out other animals of the same species to prevent confusion?

What is this show!?
