We’re in our mid-30s with a toddler and another baby on the way, and we’re seriously considering buying a house on the south end of the Corbett Estate.

I’d love to hear the honest reality of living there. We’re particularly interested in the family perspective (schools, parks, community, things to do with kids), but I’d also love to hear from people in a similar age group without children too.

What’s the overall vibe like year-round? We’ve only ever visited in the sunshine, so I’d love to know what it’s like through winter and day-to-day.

More generally, what do you love about the area, what do you wish you’d known before moving? Any roads to avoid?
