US Army 12th AD Truck Driver, March-April 1945
I’ll be going over the list while also noting the inaccuracies
M1 Helmet with shrimp netting, with a plastic liner i do plan to change in the future
M37 service shirt, which is a cotton material, whereas originals variants were made from wool
M41 Field jacket, lacks lining material, but isnt horribly visible combined with the service shirt
OD7 Wool trousers
M43 double buckles, which were extremely common with the unit im portraying and fairly common in 1945
M1 Carbine, with the more rarer in the eto bayonet lug which im looking to get removed (air vintouri for those curious)
Items needed/wanted: Vehicle operators permit, which i did try to order but has yet to arrive
Tanker jacket, which i dont necessarily need, but it would but a nice bit of kit for an armored division impression
