Why is NTB trying to add this as a value-added service?

1. Properly torquing the lug nuts is not only part of the job, but not doing it is a safety hazard and could cause someone’s death.
2. They’re not going to torque them anyway. They’re going to ugga ugga them on with a pneumatic air wrench and bust the studs regardless.

Yes, I get they aren’t charging you, but why pretend they’re giving you value by doing something they have to do anyway?
