I need help with my weird situation.

70% VA rated.

So pretty much I just got a commercial driving job. I went to get my medical card and got flagged for needing a sleep study. My medical DOT card is valid till the 27th of October.

Went to my PCP and she helped me get a referral for a sleep study. The sleep center called me back and couldn't get me in till 21 September and that's just for a consult. In that time frame it's probably going to be about the 15th of October till I get a sleep study done possibly longer.

So my solution is just to pay out of pocket for a DOT approved at home sleep study. For the sake of argument let's just say it comes out positive (I have been observed gasping for air while sleeping) and I need a CPAP. The at home study price includes a prescription for a CPAP if I need one.

My main question is with the diagnosis from a doctor and a prescription, how would I go about getting the VA to pay for my CPAP so I can get an extension on my DOT medical card while I sleep in compliance with the treatment (they need 90 days to issue a 1 year) and I don't think they will give me any type of extension without at least showing the CPAP was ordered and I'm just waiting on it.

I go through the community care program as the VA is too far from me and I can't seem to find any answers. I can't really afford $1000 plus right now for a CPAP out of pocket especially while covering the sleep study myself because no one will help me get an at home study.

Need some advice.

About 5 or so years ago I bought a Stihl MS 271 farm boss. It was my first saw meant to be used for light work around the property and downed trees, maybe some light firewood wook but that's about it. It was great, performed perfectly. That was until I left my garage open one day and someone swiped it. Recently the cops found it and returned it. It was in the far back bottom of a storage unit. It's very clear it wasn't ran, and it appears that the moto mix I had in it is still in it along with the same bar oil It's been missing for about 4 years now.

I'm glad I have my saw back, but what should I do to get it up and running again. Obviously I need to drain the oil and the old fuel. Probably need to do a carb clean I'm sure. But, I have never pulled apart a saw before and I have zero carburetor experience. I could take it to a saw shop here locally, but they want $200+ and that's like half the saws price.

Do I just take it to them or tackle it myself?

▲ 3 r/Nuvio

Switched to nuvio library and I am having issues.

I'm on 0.6.20 on my onn box and 0.1.24 on my Samsung phone. I don't want to use trakt library because there is a cap limit and there is three separate people using my setup in the house, so now that the library sync is working great, I decided to use nuvio library instead of trakt. I have trakt as my watch progress still on both devices but in the library all of my shows have gone back to 0% watched. Any way to fix this?
