Hello my brain is hurting from asking my friends questions, looking at threads, and searching google the past week.
My family is going Japan so I can buy camera there instead of home country cuz conversion + tax cheaper. Plan to let them ask for a list of cameras and the cheapest one / biggest discount will be the one I get 😅 a color white or pink one
But what is a bang for buck digital camera that is carryable— fits in a fanny pack/pocket (to bring every day when traveling) and has the ‘digicam feel’ that can’t be recreated from an app in my phone. Also it’s rechargeable type C / micro USB. And not the keychain low mp ones.
I’ve seen Fujifilm, Canon (vintage vibes), & Sony are the reputable brands that have their own niche.
The Hybrid instant cameras r ok also as long as the digital camera MP is 12- 20 (recommended range).
I’ve seen cheap cameras that go for 1,000 ph pesos also.
Rn my budget is 20,000 ph pesos 325 USD max max 50,000 PHP 810 USD (if on sale in japan)
