The Space marines are a very elity army not just for the genetic enhancement and their war gear a major factor is the experience of the average space marine give then a very good edge agains their foe

because they are a small army promotion are very important i will like to have the warrior of chaos mechanics for upgrating their units with veterancy

from a neophyte scout to a veteran of hundred battles i will like to see something similar along side a geneseed resource

i want the space marine to feel powerfull in battle but is they lose BAD i think they should have a hard time refilling thir rank with veterans not just recruiting Sternguard Veteran like nothing ( sorry for any mistake english is not my first language)
