Online backup issue
I cannot get Quicken's online backup to work. Sometimes the program just stops, or if the excruciatingly long process is competed I get the message "no online backups found." File size is just under 3G.
Spent several hours with support working with a copy of my data file. During that time we moved the file to a different drive on my desktop, then validated and super validated the file among other things. During that process the file size got reduced by about 25% after finding and fixing supposedly over 400 errors, and backups started working, but some account balances were way off, and monthly payment amounts for some loans started showing random amounts.
Onedrive backs up the file seamlessly and i have no issue using it on a daily basis. Unfortunately I have had to use the Onedrive online backup to restore my data file and it worked fine. Why doesn't Quicken's own backup system simply back up the dang file?
