Hi 3D printers!

I am a clay artist and I have a small cutter I need printed. It's about 1.5"x1.5"x.5". I just dont have a 3D printer or any knowledge. Usually I just order the physical item from etsy but itll take weeks to arrive and I'm on a time crunch for this one. So, I was hoping to find someone local who i could send the file to make it for me. It is detailed and needs at least a .4 nozzle (dont come for me if that's the wrong words. I know nothing. I am just regurgitating what I read.)

I have the STL file but I paid for it and dont want to damage the artist who made it by posting it to reddit. If you google "Compass Clay Cutter" you'll probably be looking at something similar. I am willing to pay for your time and materials.
