Anyone take evidence and have tips for the mock trial? I’m just wondering what’s the best or most ideal roles to take or any tips in general. Preferences open tomorrow and I have no idea what to pick.

Thank you guys!!

How bad is it to fail a law subject? Like job wise

If you get an F on your transcript are you like doomed job wise like no good firm would take you? Or will you be ok if you have connections or pray really hard lmao. Asking for a friend 💀

Special considerations after taking an exam

I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction. I just took an exam and completely flunked it. I had a panic attack I had a migraine with aura and I wasn’t able to complete the exam. Does anyone know how I would go about getting an opportunity to redo the exam and what I need to do? Thank you so much!

Property law question

I’m completely overwhelmed with the amount of content in this subject. Is the history actually important to spend time on. I feel like each lecture she spends a significant amount of time on the history and I’m wondering if I can just focus on the actual principles to help ease my load? Any advice for this class is appreciated 🙏🙏
