Not my usual genre and I learned so much, took copious notes, went down a cybernetics rabbit hole. The writer is humorous and humble in tone which makes for a great guide to complexity.

Anyway up there with Kahneman for me in terms
of brain massage.

Dense and tasty - requires the full attention.
