Engaged to my best friend

The first man I dated that was a friend before dating, and why didn't I try this method sooner 😂

We knew getting engaged was in our plans so I chose the jeweller and design, he chose the stones. Four pink sapphires, that look absolutely insane in the sunlight (second photo) no idea what the cuts or shapes are so please don't ask me any technical questions lmao, but the two end stones are basically triangles. I love the quirkiness of the design, the unevenness of it all. It's perfect 🥰

ATO PAYG question

I'm a sole trader, had recieved my PAYG instalment notice. Opened and pressed the button to accept the amount, then got distracted by work and left the page, now I can't find it. When I go to Lodgements > PAYG instalments, I can see it but no option to pay it anymore. Any advice? I also can't for the life of me figure out which would be the best way to contact them if it's just gone into the ether as they have so many options and none seem to describe my problem.
