Cedar Feather Box for my wife

Finished a Feather Box for my wife that I made out of reclaimed Cedar from our fallen Mailbox post. Didn't really take many pics of the progress but got some finished shots. Learned a lot on how much dialing in cuts matters on small items like this and especially about needing razor sharp planes and chisels. Wasn't shooting fir perfect but to finish it in a set timeline to the best if my abilities. Lots of flaws but I'm proud of it.

Edit: The pictures dont show it but only the outside is finished with clear coat the inside is left as unfinished cedar to allow it's preservative properties to come through.

Towing with EVs is the best way to tow!

Just wanted to rave over this and other EVs and the ease that they bring to towing. We towed about 80 miles north of us to the Blue Ridge, GA area to go camping and out camper is roughly 3000lbs at 2.1mi/kwh. Took about 41% of a 100% charge to get here. We also have access to charge at camp. Our EV9 acts almost as if it isnt there. The available torque makes hills a breeze as we drove into the north GA mountains and merging into traffic coming out of the city is never a worry with how easy you can get to speed. For this type of towing I wouldn't want to go back to a gasser ever or a diesel.
