A fun vexatious litigant decision for your Monday afternoon

I get FCA decision digests for other reasons but I can never resist clicking the vexatious litigant cases. This one was written with clear enjoyment that makes it a particularly good read 🍿🍿

Animals that put something on their food to stop other animals getting it?

I saw a random post somewhere opposing modern agriculture practices by saying that humans are the only animal that poisons their food to stop other animals getting it and then eat the food. Aside from the obvious issue with that statement that what is poison for one animal is not always poison for another one, I figured that amongst all of the millions and millions of animals in the world there must be an animal that does something similar?

Surely amongst all of the complex specialised behaviours in the animal kingdom there's an animal that makes its food stores noxious to another type of animal to protect it. I know ants get up to some crazy complex stuff, or maybe birds given that they're often grabbing things and putting them places?

Anyone got any?
