Bought this at Winners and didn’t realize it was a seconds item. I’ve found the imperfection (I think) - is this still safe to use? It’s not a chip, but it’s like a small bump/imperfection in the enamel.

Hi!!! I’m wondering if anyone has had experience in upping their infliximab dosage? I’m currently on 5mg/kg of Ixifi every 8 weeks. But since my symptoms start to return about a week before my infusions, my GI recommended increasing my dosage to 10mg/kg instead of shortening the interval. They said that because of my weight, 5mg/kg was an extremely low dose in their opinion, and that it won’t increase side effects.
What are others’ experiences with this? Is it true that side effects aren’t more prevalent with increased doses? My GI basically said that according to studies, increased doses don’t mean increases in side effects (they explained it like “you’re either on biologics or you’re not: it’s like being pregnant, you can’t be more or less pregnant”). Anyway, I’ve been getting pretty bad eczema that I think is related to my biologic, although I have always had eczema it’s never been this prevalent. I haven’t experienced lowered immunity from what I can tell (no increase in infections, colds, etc.) which is also why I’m a bit nervous. Is it normal to have your dose increased?

500g bread flour, 355g water, 100g starter, 10g salt
2 stretch and folds, 2 coil folds. Bulk fermented for a total of 7 hours and into the fridge overnight. Then baked in a Dutch oven at 450 for 40 minutes (30 min covered, 10 min uncovered).
