Strata is amazing, was an update today and I was getting ~170-190 tok/s and now after the update 200-230+. it is crazy how well this runs. Flash Next IQ3 model, dual 5090s, Epyc 7402p cpu with 256gb ddr4 3200 ecc memory (8 channel), 192gb for ai server vm in Proxmox. Impatiently waiting for the Q4 with vision support to be released. :) Ohh, what happened to the VRAM Hit Rate?
Sometimes when nvagating/moving around or getting close to where you are working if you move the camera maybe into the part or something, I don't know what happens but then you are like stuck, you mouse wheel and mouse wheel over and over to finally back out, it is like you are stuck and it moves in slow motion, get what I mean? Is there a way to turn this "feature" off?
I built a diy stream machine with a 9070xt, I have it on my tcl 98" QM8 TV that supports 144hz refresh rates. SteamOS is only giving me 60hz option. I have the tv in game mode and VRR turned on but still only have 60hz option. Ideas on how to get it to run at 120hz? I am using a 7950x3d cpu and the integrated gpu is enabled, should I disable that in the bios? (asus b850 strix matx board).
Every other attribute passed but spin up time. This is one of 8 in my Truenas server.
I use firefox with the following extensions: Bitwarden, tab session manager, ublock, adblock, sponsorblock extensions. I always have 3 windows open with ~40 tabs total. After a day or half a day it will get laggy feeling, especially when switching tabs. My laptop has 64gb of ddr5 ram, rtx 5090 and intel core ultra 9 275 cpu. Windows 11 Pro, clean install. Ideas what may be causing this?
I am a couple weeks in with zepbound and bought Levels protein powder (vanilla) from costco. The issue is it really upset my stomach, it was pretty bad today. Spent half the day with an extremely upset, bloated, nauseous stomach. I have had maybe 4 or 5 shakes since getting it a week and half ago. Each time I have had it is with 1 cup of milk, 1 tbsp of chia seeds, 1 scoop of the protein powder and 4 strawberries in the blender. The first 2 or 3 times I had it it was fine, no issues. I had one 3 days ago and it upset my stomach a bit, but today was awful. I can't drink it anymore after today I don't think. Anyone else experience this and what are some alternatives I can try, I would like to have a protein shake or something to add more protein.
Besides today my side effects have been minimal, slight bloating, feeling of being full type stuff, nothing bad at all really. Perhaps mild constipation but since I eat so much less maybe it is mostly from that, I typically would go every day, now it is every ~3 days. I drink lots of water every day and log everything in loseit app.
