Seller told me this is an antique Persian rug, he reckons pre 1960. Size 1400mm x 2100mm. He is asking $850 for it.
Found this online. It is about 150cm x 210cm and the asking is $1100.
It looks quite beautiful. Would this be considered a vintage rug?

I found this rug on my local fb marketplace. The owner tells me it is handwoven, and after looking at the photos and reading the information given here by the experts, that seems to check out. The size is 118cm x 184cm, so its quite a small rug. The asking price is $150. Is this worth the price? And would you say a good starter rug? Thanks again.

I am just getting into rug collecting and would like to purchase my first adult rug. I found this kilim online. It is new although i did notice many here collect vintage rugs. I just don't know where to to go find that here.
Was hoping to get advice about this rug. If it's worth it and if it is really handmade. The seller is asking about $800 for it.
