Issues with Good Smile Europe preorder cancellations
Has anyone else had issues with Good Smile Europe preorder cancellations?
I cancelled 4 preorders and the refunds were all “incomplete” in the same way:
The figure + shipping were refunded correctly, but the VAT/taxes were not refunded.

What’s weird is that I did have another cancelled preorder in the past that was fully refunded including VAT, so it’s inconsistent.
Honestly, I’m pretty fed up with them at this point, it feels like there are constant issues lately. Nothing ever seems to go smoothly: silence from support, the new website being messy, delays, and now refund problems on top of everything.
I’ve already contacted support for the 10000th time, so I’m just wondering if this is a known issue or if anyone else has run into it before I take further action.
