This nendoroid of project sekai miku was supposed to release in may but i haven’t gotten any news. i know there is supposed to be around 3 months of delay, but isn’t over 5 months ridiculous? is anyone in the same case? is this normal?????

How do I get my Nendoroid from Good Smile EU, old site?
It feels like the site ran away with my money! I contacted them 3 times - twice last month and 1 times this week and I even contacted the new site and they answered within minutes telling me that the old site is working on old orders which I don't trust!
I too have preordered a Kasane Teto figure from them back in February, a figure supposed to release in July.
Had no news from them since then, and mails I sent them went unanswered. At this point i feel like I could just buy the same figure from japan and receive it way before good smile europe does anything... (there are litterally sets of 2 for 21 bucks on mercari lol)
So back in September 2025 & February this year I pre-ordered 3 Nendoroids.
One for June, one for August & one for October.
The June Nendo didn’t arrive & I contacted them about it near the end of June.
I didn’t receive a reply until mid July & was told that „the product was lost and the order will be canceled“
Needless to say, that was a letdown considering I had pre-ordered it nearly a year prior.
Now the August order also didn’t arrive & when I asked them mid-August I was told all August orders got pushed to September.
It still didn’t arrive in September, so I sent yet another email about 2 weeks ago, asking both for my August & also October order, as at that point I began losing faith and decided that asking in advance will be better.
I did „luckily“ get a reply within a day, but was told those orders were made on the old website, so I have to use the contact Formular on the old website to receive information & they cannot help me.
I was also told that it may take roughly 3 months for me to receive a reply.
So I did contact the old website through the support site, but…well that’s where I am now.
Does anyone else have similar experiences?
Do you have any possible solutions?
I rarely buy nendoroids, only when it’s characters who I really really love, so it really stings for things to turn out so badly in all 3 cases.
I’d be happy for any suggestions, cause my only idea as of now, would be to try & find them on a different site, hope the bonus is included there as well & if everything works out and I get them, to cancel my forsaken orders & demand my money back….
Since many who have ordered from GSEU the past year have had a terrible experience with them, I thought I would make a post confirming that, after many delays my order has been shipped out and is now on its way to me and should arrive either this or next week, maybe. I received a FedEx email a couple of hours ago notifying me of my order.
They also made a list a couple of days ago listing all products that would ship out this month, so make sure to check that out and see if your product is listed on there.
So I went on the GoodSmile UK site in order to preorder the new Neuro-Sama Nendroid however when I tried to log into my account it said that I needed to reset my password however when I put in email address and it says it’ll send me an email it just doesn’t. Is there anything that I can do?
I've been looking for this figure on sites that i use that are in / ship to the uk. Ive had no luck, though was able to find it on goodsmile's main site. but for some reason when not signed in, the figure is available, but when i do sign in, it becomes unavailable? Is there a reason for this, or any way to get it? When i try ordering when not signed in, it says 'I couldn't add it to my cart.' Any help is appreciated 🙏 thanks!
