Anyone else experiencing this?? In my last few orders, 18 out of 20 of my Nendoroid figures arrived with crushed, dented boxes.
In the past few months GSC US started packaging their figures in tight ribbed bubble wrap—so tight it deforms the box.
Not to mention they started taping the hell out of bonus pieces, so I spend a few minutes picking gross discolored tape off of the bags. (Seriously, it's yellowed and smells weird).
Pretty disappointed with this. I don't know what's going on.
Hello! I made a preorder about a month ago and circumstances have changed to where I won’t be able to pay for it. The cancellation date has passed and emailing them didn’t work. I was wondering if it would be possible to cancel the preorder by not having money in the account they charge. Would using an Apple Card with insufficient funds work?
I have ordered the tsukasa tenma nendoroid last year in September, but for some reason it still hasn't arrived :(( does anyone now why or am I never getting it? If im not can I request a refund?
Also i did order on the old website and they said they are going to have delays but its almost a year now, i want to have him so bad, im didn't wait for that long just to not get him in the end
So for some reason when I got up, my preorder plush from Goodsmile got refunded even though it finally is shipping out, I'm curious if I'm still getting the plushie since I still want it but idk why they decided to refund my item. I'm generally worried rn!!😭💔🥀

If you preorder a figure - is the tariff already baked into the price? So what I pay out checkout (or am shown at least) is it, or will I need to pay when it arrives?
Never bought from them, and the last thing I want is to pay $90 on my order then get slapped with a $50+ tariff.
I'm wondering if anyone else in the US got the email from Goodsmile about any item replacement they've been waiting for. If I'm reading it right, it seems you have to prepay using a prepay app to use Japan post? I chose to wait and avoid using UPS to avoid this. They're other alternative was have the item shipped "to an address outside the United States, such as a friend’s address, an address in a neighboring country, a Mexico PO Box, or a forwarding service that you have arranged yourself etc." Which I view is BS.
I've emailed asking if i'd get reimbursed for any payment I'd make because, but I assume it will take awhile to get a response. Has anyone had any luck or experience with this? Feel free to tell me if I'm misunderstanding something too.
