I've been eyeing the Falin nendo and I'm really excited about her, but I unfortunately don't really like the current pre-order campaign bonus,, I think it's really basic/boring (it's a set of colorful balloons). Falin's last pre-order date is August 4th, would her pre-order bonus change by then? Or is this not possible at all? Sorry its my second time ordering a nendo </3

I preordered a Kaeya Nendoroid from the GoodSmile Europe website back in Septemper 2025 that was set to release in June 2026. I am aware that shipping takes a while and their communication isn't the best, but i cannot find the product's listing on the website anymore: the link from the order goes to a page that doesn't exist.

This also happens with another Pop Up Parade figure that i preordered and should be released in September. Is it because of the new website? Is it happening on most products/orders? Should i be concerned??

It's my first time ordering with them so this lack of communication and the fact that items don't seem to exist on the website are really worrying me...

Note: I ONLY tested this with nendoroids.

Maybe I missed a memo but earlier I tried to buy OMGkawaiiangel with the Till nendoroid and was immediately caught off guard with the $30 shipping. I take out the Till nendoroid and still it’s $30 shipping. After some testing I find that any nendoroid still marked as “new” has $30 shipping. I found out because I took out Kangel nenedoroid and replaced with the Phainon nen who recently had the “new” marker token off and boom.. $9.99 shipping. I also tried with Ranma 1/2 and Jinx still $9.99; so just be aware

has anybody gotten their figures from the old good smile europe site? i pre-orded the kanade yoisaki nendo back in december, it said that i should get it around june but i haven't gotten any updates and they haven't responded to my email, i know i'll probably get it soon but im still a bit worried because of the lack of updates.

I’ve used a Debit card to pay for two of my previous plushies and it worked literally fine. The shipping was on-time, everything turned out fine.
So my question is why? Why do they only now accept Credit and Paypal. It’s such an inconvenience and I’ve tried verifying myself over twenty times in Paypal now I am still NOT verified. And Credit cards are a hassle. I suck at finance and, honestly speaking, most teens do too. That’s why they have a Debit card instead. Denying purchases from Debit cards, and everything else apart from Paypal and Credit cards, literally just acts as a way to discourage the most popular demographic here.
