[Currency Wars] I was able to 3-Star SW999 and Cyrene before Plane 3-1
I did this by stockpiling coins in Plane 1 with an investment strategy that gave me a Perfect Projector when getting 8 copies of a character -- I got 8 copies of Yao Guang and saved it, then got the investment strategy that causes the shop to fill with characters of the same cost as your 1st banked character after 5 refreshes. In Plane 2's Encounter node, I got another Perfect Projector, which guaranteed a 2-star SW999 pretty early. Was just a matter of time before I got a 2-star 5 Cost SW999, which gives you an item that makes copies of her. Every time she hit the shop I got 2 of her as well as after every 2 battles. When I hit 3-1, after Plane 2's boss, I got 3 star SW999 which snowballed into me getting 3 star Cyrene as well
