Wondering what are common failure points on the 2.8L V6. Specifically i have an 07 9-3 Sportcombi.
After my coolant tank decided to split in half on the way home from work, im wondering what are other spare parts I should keep handy so im not stuck waiting days for parts to be delivered.
My expansion tank decided to come apart on my way home from work today. I was wondering what is a good place to get another one that wont do this as this seems like its a common issue.
For reference I have a 2007 9-3 with the 2.8L V6.
I have a 07 9-3 Sportcombi with 178k miles that I absolutely love, however I came across a Viggen on fb marketplace and hes willing to do a trade and seems super interested.
His car is a 02 9-3 with 230k
Pros:
-Viggen (duh)
-Basically free, just have to swap cars
Cons:
-I love the space I have in my wagon to be able to transport stuff and go car camping
-Don't know how to drive a manual but im sure I can learn
