so anybody who had a Travel router like a GL inet knows one big feature is now NAT on them allows you to look like one ip to a network while actually using multiple devices, one of the few use cases for NAT
curious what people here think is a good solution too this if i want to add IPv6 too my travel router while keeping the functionality stated above? NAT66, VPN, somthing else etc
simple enough question but for a cruise from Rome in July i arrive at a different time to other people in my Cabin so curious if they let you board if not everybody in your cabin is there yet?
building some dev clusters outside my prod system and one thing i want to finally play around with is SDN
finding the wording vague on the diffrence between the two here with regards to whats best if i want the SDN network to be able to be injected into the routing table of a external router running BGP/OSPF/other routing protocals so can access it from outside the cluster
has the Beast actually launched in the UK yet?
my UDMP is starting to fail and prob will replace with a beast (yes my network is such that the beast makes sence) but since launch its been out of stock while in the EU and US havent seen it out of stock
its almost like it was never in stock in the UK to begin with like somthing was holding it up here
anybody got any ideas why the UK stock seems to out of step with elsewhere?
i run all my storage directly on my Proxmox system rather than running a TrueNAS VM (logic is why bother when Proxmox already supports ZFS nativly) and use a LXC for my SMB/NFS needs
i want to look into also hosting NVME over TCP (rather than ISCSI) and want to know if anybody else has done this and if so how they did it?
ZFS pool in question is 4 NVME drives in 2 Mirrors
