First Bass & Gorge experience

First off HOLY FUCK 🤯

I’ve always wanted to experience bass canyon and the gorge and what a fucking year to do it. The crowd? Immaculate, my girlfriend and I didn’t meet a single bad vibe AT ALL. We went with a big group and met up with other friends and then frolicked around all over. I met the cookie lady on here and was gifted fresh cookies (sooooo fire), another off Facebook who made a wrist perler of my late doggo. Moshed in the pits, vibed on the hill, got so many dope trinkets and was able to exchange the favor and spread the energy.

The production was top tier, the way this festival is planned and how the team makes it come to life blows my mind. The staff was dope, camping was dope (we did terrace), and VIP actually felt like VIP. There’s not a single bad thing I have to say about the crowd, venue, production or staff. We will be back! Only thing we are going to change is our footwear, we were stomping around in dr martens all weekend and my feet are feeling it.

Thank you to everyone I crossed paths with. Special shout out to my friends I met in the line of the Ferris wheel and my Finland friend I met in the VIP bathrooms at hilltop.

FUCK YES

Favorite camp grill/blacktone recipe ideas :)

Title says it all!! Share some of your favorite camp meal ideas to make on a stove or cold! Snack ideas, hot meals, tips and tricks etc.

This is our first year going and we plan on making some killer meals on the Blackstone. Flatbread pizza, grilled cheese sammies, normal eggs, bacon and pancakes for breakfast, burritos, etc. looking for more fun ideas to make for my group. If you’re in terrace just follow the smell of bacon in the morning 🤩

Terrace Camping Quesitons!?

What’s up BC fam. First year going and we’re doing it terrace style. I’ve been seeing a lot of mixed reviews as far as space and what you get vs what’s advertised.

We will have a full camp with 3 tents and roughly 2 canopies and realllyyy banking on the 18x40 to avoid being super cramped. We do plan on getting there a few hours before camp opens up in hopes of catching the staff in a good mood and getting a decent spot. I just wanted to hear from previous experiences about the spot size, security checkpoint for cars going into terrace, is there a picnic table?

I’m the one that covers all logistics of fitting everything and making a vibey camp and the unknowns always add extra stress😭😭, genuinely any and all answers or advice would be extra helpful. We will be arriving in a full size SUV and (possibly) a small 5x8 U-Haul trailer.

Show off your setup!

Title states it all. This will be my girlfriend and I first bass canyon along with a few friends. We’ve done TWO camping festivals before and I feel pretty prepared for bass going off what I’ve read.

BUTTTT with that being said, I wanted to make a thread of showing off your bass canyon set up. Small or big, colorful or dull there’s no judgement and it might give someone else creativity or an idea on how to improve their camp! 😎

I’ll start it off with a video of our groups camp at same same last year!

Stoked to be going and cant wait to hopefully make more friends. We will be camping in terrace so if you’ll be there and want to connect lmk 🙏🏻😎 ❤️
