Am I meant to save these tokens for utots or should I spend all of them now?

I have resources saved up since the start of TOTS and need a new backline. Should I use up my resources on Bundesliga or wait for other leagues to come? I also have A nation's story shards so I can also get Nesta or Gvardiol. Open to all kinds of suggestions, thanks!
