I saw this elsewhere last week, but couldn't find anything official. This is the closed Walgreens location near the intersection of Evans & Greenville Blvd. It'll be nice to not have to go on campus for Cane's now.

This is the site of the former location of the science museum (old Pugh's location from long ago). Corner of Ficklen and Dickinson. The old warehouse is not being torn down - only the old museum building at the corner is being razed. The new development will be built around the existing buildings.
